Appointment update

To ensure we are doing our best to protect our clients and our staff from Corona virus we are putting into practice the following:

• Encouraging phone / Skype appointments (for clients based in Melbourne, regionally, interstate or internationally)

• Checking to make sure that if we schedule an in-person appointment that you have not travelled overseas in the last 14 days and ask you about your recent travel

• Limiting appointments to no more than 2 people attending per appointment

• As of Tues 16 March our Dandenong office will be opened 5 days a week which means those you live on the eastern side of Melbourne can travel less and be able to drop documents in where needed

• Keeping you up to date with any developments that may affect migration file processing

Given the uncertainty in relation to overseas travel we encourage any current or prospective clients to seek advice before travelling overseas.
