CFIL has been growing steadily for a number of years, and so as the business expands we are constantly on the lookout for outstanding lawyers with a passion for immigration law.

We like to think that we are at the forefront of many developments in this challenging area of the law, and we actively encourage our staff to extend themselves – whether by joining various legal committees, undertaking Pro Bono work, making submissions on important legal issues of the day, or undertaking the LIV Specialisation program. We are very proud to have four LIV Accredited Specialists as part of our team.

At the same time, CFIL offers a range of incentives to staff to reward them for their hard work, and is a vibrant, fun and exciting place to work. We have an active social committee, and engage in lots of staff activities – we are always well-represented at the annual LIV Fun Run, run a book club, and have regular social activities for staff.

We have a dedicated, conscientious and hardworking team at CFIL, in what can often be a stressful area of law - we help many vulnerable clients. We are a proudly family-friendly firm, and understand the stresses of balancing family demands with work. For that reason we are conscious of rewarding our staff for their efforts, and making sure that we look after their well-being as best we can.
