Welcome, Hannah Dickinson
CFIL welcomes a new lawyer, Hannah Dickinson!
Hannah joined CFIL in July 2016 after working as a lawyer with Clothier Anderson Immigration Lawyers for four years. She is a committed and passionate advocate who appears frequently in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal as well as running matters in the Federal Court of Australia, the Federal Court of Australia and the High Court of Australia.
She has particular expertise in complex issues, including those surrounding public interest criteria, cancellation, character, the humanitarian programme, Schedule 3 and securing releases from immigration detention.
An active participant within the legal community, Hannah serves on the Executive Committee of the Migration Law Committee and has presented papers at the Australian National University’s annual migration law conferences since 2014.
We are delighted that Hannah will be joining our team.
