Our legal costs per application vary depending on the complexity of a case and the number of applicants involved. We will always give you a quote for our legal costs before commencing a matter.

As lawyers, we are required under the Legal Profession Act 2004 (Vic) to enter into a costs agreement with you which sets out in detail exactly how much you will be charged, and when you will be charged in relation to making an application on your behalf. The costs agreement also sets out the circumstances in which it may be necessary to undertake extra work on your behalf (for example, where there is an allegation made by DIAC about bogus documents or work experience in an application) and the rate at which that extra work will be charged.

Our location and size means that our clients benefit from receiving expert legal advice on migration matters at substantially less than larger city firms need to charge. We do not have the same overheads as city firms, and these savings are passed on to our clients.
